Where's the regulations
I'm so unfamiliar with this but aren't these states under the requirements of the boards and regulatory people for hair salons? Most Cosmetologist have to be licensed, I think this happens when franchising starts to happen too quickly and not enough information is given to the people doing the job. In most states it's not free to be a cosmetologist you have to go and retest and pay for your license. These articles make no mention of the people doing the job. I agree, Regis should have know better...when will they promote stylist ownership in franchising? Their not going to get very far. Even with the new buyout to Regent IMO. Operational is still lacking a close touch with the people who pay to do the job and hopping over them to franchise to someone.
